It has been a while since Thanksgiving...but I had to include a short write-up of our gluten-free meal!
As usual we made the basics: Kosher Turkey basted in white wine and butter, amazing gluten-free stuffing made with out yummy gf white bread, cranberry sauce, and last but not least, an array of vegetable dished made from amazing produce bought at this cute place called Farm to Fork.

My sister recently started working in Bird Rock (a small little area in La Jolla, CA).  One day while on our way to pick up a much-need SBUX fix, we saw a cute store called Farm to Fork.  It was their opening day! They store features produce from local farms in San Diego, from La Mesa to Fallbrook.
Everything there is designed to support small farms and make quality produce more accessible to the people of Bird Rock.  The people who run the store are very passionate about supporting local farms and are very welcoming to customers. 

We bought potatoes, sweet potatoes, tomatoes, rosemary, squash blossoms, hot thai peppers, bell peppers, zucchini, and carrots.  Everything was used in this year's Thanksgiving feast!
