Here we are with Miss Anne Made!

Sarah with KSL reporter Jen Hardman

Some of the other Harvest Market vendors were present for filming as well. We struck up a conversation with the fabulous Anne Scott, maker of Anne Made Jams (http://annemadejam.com/). Her amazing jam is made is small batches and sold at the Sundance General Store. It was a pretty perfect meeting as Anne had jam samples and we had pumpkin bread samples; our products just happened to go great together! We tried some of her jam with the pumpkin bread and we were blown away by the purity of flavor, balance, and freshness. Her jams are quite extraordinary. I can honestly say that it was the best jam I have ever tried. We loved the apricot habanero and pear vanilla varieties. She told us that the apricot habanero is her most popular flavor. It was very popular with me (in case you were wondering, I like spice . . . nothing is too hot for me)! The intense heat of the habanero is balanced by the sweetness of the apricot, but the distinctive flavor of the pepper still shines through.

The next day at the Sundance Harvest Market, I picked up a few jars of Anne Made jam: the peach serrano (delicious and spicy!), the pear vanilla, and the orange rosemary. Now back at home, I'm enjoying the fab peach serrano jam with a No Excuses Gluten Free corn muffin, some KerryGold butter, and my Laguiole cutlery and Fiesta Ware.

So grateful to meet Anne Scott from Anne Made, one of our many new Sundance friends!
